  1. Do you offer local pick-up?  Yes! It is available in St. Albert, AB.
  2. If I select "local pick-up", when will my order be ready? Please allow at least 48 hours and reach out to schedule a pick-up time. 
  3. How much does shipping cost? We offer a flat rate fee across Canada to residential and commercial addresses only. 
  4. How long will it take for my order to arrive? Allow 48 hours for your order to be processed and 2-3 business days to ship. 
  5. Do you offer rushed orders? Please contact us if you need a gift box right away. 
  6. I have a budget in mind but don't see a box that fits on your website, do you offer custom orders? Yes! Absolutely, please reach out to us, so we can create a special box that fits within your budget. 
  7. Do you ship to PO Boxes in Canada? The short answer is, yes, but the rate is often higher than the flat rate option.  Please reach out to discuss further.
